If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

All parcels are shipped with Australia Post from Wetherill Park, Sydney, Australia 2164. All Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order, excluding weekends and public holidays, All orders will then be shipped the following business day.
Once you place your order we can amend details if there are mistakes but we cannot guarantee that changes to products and/or shipping details can be made if the order has reached the shipping stage. 
In the case of a refund request before an order has been sent to the warehouse, please note that for all orders made via Afterpay, a fee of 6% will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover for Afterpay Merchant fees that are not refunded to us.

  • All orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post.
  • Shipping times may increase during holidays, sales & festive seasons.
  • Once your order has been marked as "Shipped" you will receive an email confirmation with an Australia Post tracking number.
  • Shipping costs are non ­refundable.

Makooa Beauty offers tracked shipping for all orders, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen orders once the shipping status is either "Delivered" or "Completed"

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Return & Refund Policy



You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all the contents that came with our product.

Faulty Product

If for some reason you receive your item and it is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and provide a full description of the faulty/damaged product along with a photograph of the item. We will happily send you a replacement free of charge. Please don't dispose of the item until you've contacted us. 

*Please note, you will be responsible for any postage fees to send the product/s back. We will send you a replacement free of charge, once we receive the faulty item.  All products must be in a zip-lock bag. 

Allergic Reaction

In the rare case that you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately and take a photo of your reaction. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.  

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind about a particular product, we'll need it sent back to us in its original condition and packaging. The item must be unused and opened for it to be sent back. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
